Currently the widely used “standard” procedure for handling industrial paper waste (like abrasive paper, and industrial/hygiene tissues) is disposal through waste collection or incineration. These paper waste materials are considered industrial and hazardous waste. The project owners have developed a new technology to handle these wastes and produce moulded paper products – mainly egg trays- from the recycled material, and recover the abrasive material.

We believe it is a better system, since we use 1/2 inch tubing for the CO2 flow, which is 4 times the flow rate of a Apeks, and up to 64 times the flow rate of a Waters system.
